Are Phlur fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, nor do we use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulations.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all full-sized fragrances. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and gently used to be eligible for a refund.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring our scents to more countries in the near future.
Can I try a scent before committing to a full bottle?
Absolutely. We offer discovery sets and individual travel-sized sprays so you can experience our fragrances on your skin before purchasing a full-sized bottle.
