Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your signature scent, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of their contents remaining to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
